Anonymous Coward User ID: 619959 Canada 06/13/2011 09:16 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well I have noticed that grass and bushes and trees have been growing like crazy this spring. Sonoma county, CA. Quoting: gurunadeSame here in Ontario Canada......lots of moisture, adequate heat, and a little more co2 means phenomenal growth, especially the perennials. LOL...this should be interesting. You do know plant malformatives are very common. Most are caused by nutrient deficiencies in the soil. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1425351My thoughts exactly....will be hard to prove that they are caused by radiation. 10 or 20 years from now its the people and animals that consume these crops that we need to worry about. |
The Wicked One User ID: 1426467 United States 06/13/2011 09:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We didn't plant a garden this year, seems to have been a good decision considering we have a severe drought here in Texas. We would have had to water too much. But I can say, the yard is brown and brittle, even the weeds are dying. |

The people I want to hear from in this thread first are those who think they have a garden mutant and want to post a pic. After there are pics of the possible mutants, I welcome any evidence that the mutations are in fact caused by a disease or pest rather than mutation. You were quick to dismiss this topic before seeing any examples. Let there be some evidence presented first before you proceed to try and debunk, if you please. Best, Tigresse |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1429530Sure, we had alot of rain last month, but these stems are so long they bend over to the ground! Ozarks I think there's a good chance the dandelion might be the most likely to be the plant we see the most mutations in. They grow so fast and are ubiquitous. The lady who documented the Three Mile Island mutant plants had lots of double-stemmed dandelions and dandelions with gigantism. Sounds pretty freaky looking. Could you post a pic?
