You can claim it's all for you all you want, and maybe it is. But most of the people I ask "why did you get such a large tattoo?" They all say the same thing. "I thought it would look cool." Meaning, "I wanted people to notice me." But you're right. I'm sure most people get them, just so they can hide them and admire themselves in private.  Like i said i can't speak for everyone...but there are people out there who do get them for real reasons that's all i'm saying. but seriously though I'm really confused why you are so upset at what other people do to THEIR body...it's not like it has any affect on your life whatsoever.
