I'm pretty sure they went back to Austin. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1429350They probably could take the Yankee stink of pizza everywhere. We had a Texan family move in down the block, but we ran them off in less than a month. I'm pretty sure they went back to Austin. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1429350I'm guessing they couldn't take the stink of worthless garbage. I'm guessing you Texans are pretty olfactory-retentive. |

Up to the north of town were the beaches get deserted and are nice and quiet. There is a brewery in town that makes an awsome ale! Port Mansfield is a little slice of heaven, too! Love the fishin' there. Adversity is inevitable, misery is optional. Do or do not. There is no try. "The enemy will never attack where you are strongest...He will attack where you are weakest. Quoting: Big Daddy DWhat kind of preparations are my fellow Texans making, if any? We are stocking up on food and supplies and looking for land to buy to get out of suburbia. |

A country isn't a rock. It's not an extension of one's self. It's what it stands for. It's what it stands for when standing for something is the most difficult. Before the people of the world... let it now be noted... that here in our decision, this is what we stand for: Justice... truth... and the value of a single human being. |

Selling or renting house and renting in another town I found through findyourspot.com; Provisioned somewhat; off tap water for sure; and fish (alas); moving to rent first in small mountain town with lakes where I can enjoy radiated, not corexit fish. If sell house, will have SIP panel home built on the mountain far from the madding crowds next door to a healer and alternative builder with a lot of guns who wants to build a windmill on the mountain. |
