Nothing new...updateless :(

This is the best video of the flooded plant I've seen. It was made by a helicopter at low level circling the plant. About two thirds through there is a good view of the casked fuel rod storage in relation to the rest of the plant.

It seems that if a culling were needed the logical targets would be the countries with extreme overpopulation, poverty, and high birth rates coupled with insufficient resources, India, China, Mexico, perhaps.

Thanks for the linkage, AC. I was wondering which of those smaller bldgs. is the "intake?" one that Arnie was referring to as being the "most" critical one. Apparently it's the one that, I believe, takes in the water that is pumped in the reactor for the cooling (please don't hold me to that.. :) I'm blonde) lol

Every time I see these videos I try to figure out which building Arnie's talking about. Any help is greatly appreciated. TY

Heavy rain continuing today (07/02/11) through Iowa down along the Missouri River into St. Louis.

Going to see if I can find anythinl from local communities on the flooding. if not the nuclear situations. Nothing on energy news, so probably nothing to find.

flooding for atchison county, NW missioui was predicted today. advisory ending around 11 pm (cst?)

only other news - expect aid to flood victims to be slow in coming and invitation to send in photos of flooding
