I've got high levels of naturally occurring DMT; it gives reality an extra 'layer' which is hard to describe. Everything just feels more alive.

The only downside is that it causes insomnia, but when you finally crash, it feels like you're having out of body experiences and allsorts of weird shit.

The elves that I saw looked pretty much like what you would see on a Christmas card. It was in October when I saw them and I hadn't been thinking about them beforehand. I was just sitting there listen to music when they appeared. They just done a little bit of dancing and left again. That was over 20 years ago and I haven't taken any mushrooms since. When I heard Alex talking about elves today it reminded me of that incident.
