Hi there, I've just started a Forex Thread like that 3 days ago entitled:

'FOREX THREAD - I Will Show You How to Double Virtual Capital in Few Days'

but it mysteriously disappeared >>> [link to www.godlikeproductions.com]

My testing goal was to double a virtual capital with a day by day operative signals in few days.

Anyway this is the strategy:

The currencies are GBP/USD

Here's the link to check the quotation: bloomberg.com/quote/GBPUSD:CUR

Leverage = x100 and my starting virtual capital is 1.000

I'll post every time just three signals per day:

[ B ]uy OR [ S ]ell (or Vice versa) with [ T ]ake profit and [ S ]top loss 12 or 24 hours before. So it does not take time, just 5 minutes to set the stuff up before each operation.

Trading Time Range Starts @ - 7.00 GMT TO >>>>> 19.00 GMT.

N° 1 - Signal Trade:

[ B ] @ 1.5389
[ T ] @ 1.5414
[ S ] @ 1.5359

Trading Time Range Start @ 15 April 2013 - From 7.00 GMT TO >>>>> 19.00 GMT.

Actual Gain Trade in Pips: 0.

Note - (1 Pip = 10 each as a leverage value x100, if you choose x50, then its 5).

----------------------------

Example: (100:1 Leverage or 1 Lot)

For 1 lot 1 pip equals $ 10

If you make a profit of 100 pips the calculation of profit is:

1 lot

1 pip = $10

100 pips = 100 * 10 = $1000

Total= balance + profit

= 1000+ 1000

= $2000

--------------------------

HERE'S INFO ABOUT LEVERAGE

At 100:1 leverage: If you trade a lot worth $10.000 then you need a free margin of $100.

At 10:1 leverage: If you trade a lot worth $10.000 then you need a free margin of $1000.

At 1:1 leverage: If you trade a lot worth $10.000 then you need a free margin of $10.000.

At 100:1 leverage: If you trade a lot worth $100.000 then you need a free margin of $1000.

At 10:1 leverage: If you trade a lot worth $100.000 then you need a free margin of $10.000.

At 1:1 leverage: If you trade a lot worth $100.000 then you need a free margin of $100.000.

In other words, to put it simple, 1:1 leverage is no leverage at all.
