I think given what I have heard that it makes sense to wait to get it, if at all.

I never got that impression from the doctor. I honestly didn't even know there was a vaccine for it. It was an Obama thing, only used since 2009. It is an oral and as far as I could tell uses a non synthetic version of the virus.
