The judge doesn't live in the real world, where both parents work, are tired, and just have trouble getting by. He, most likely had a wife at home, a full time nanny and a kids so busy with organised activities that he never saw them. I am not advocating smacking kids but having three of my own and a stay at home dad. I have smacked and understand how it happens, As long as the kids are safe and loved the system should stay the FUCK out of our family's life!!

What's sick about this is the judges in Corpus let the DUI manslaughter cases go with probation. This town has it's priorities screwed up.
