Here's your story in a nutshell

Love or Fear/Harm? Earth hangs in the balance between light and dark, with tests everyday. Grow your unconditional love and progress here. Don't bind, don't mirror a sheild, don't attack. A friendly enemy telling you to push harder?

That was a trap. That you attack her gives her the strength to attack harder back. Your using her same pain tactics.

What is going on in your own life? Do you have issues your working through, anger issues, you can't forgive someone?

When you see a homeless man do you strive to understand and walk in his shoes, and have complete respect for him?

Do you envision a world where everyone has equal rights to land and resources without being forced to do anything, such as work for the empire corporations? ie. McDonalds?

These are important things.

We're either growing Love, Peace, Understanding, Kindness and Awareness of the world and its corruptions, Freedom, or we're regressing. The Higher Frequency and working on the lessons you came to do here, is what you need. The true protection is not a shield, I never shield. The true potection is seeking to stand in the light love squares on the masonic checkerboard floor. To be Love. ARK is acts of random kindness.

Start raising your frequency by working through your issues, laugh, love, connect to nature, give up bad habits, meditate, heart chakra meditations, donate, give time to help someone, if you don't have much, heart chakra meditations, and find ways. In fact, seek within, Pray, Meditate, Sungaze at Dawn when there is No UV, and pour out your heart, also seek to find ways to work through whatever blocks you have inside to grow your unconditioinal love, and report for duty, ask how to help.

See the sun within your heart, and pray or talk to Yeshua/Jesus, Father/Mother, Family, and if you turn away from the traditional things, Prime Creator and your Future Self/Higher Self. Ask for help with this issue, and ask to feel compassion for her, and to understand.

Send Love to her. Remind her that she needs to find the courage within to make a U-Turn in her life for she can never be happy otherwise. Show her Family, and Love is waiting for her, that her future self one day is a Hero, that the things she did to harm, if she begins to turn them around, can in time, whatever schedule Creator has for her, to help others, that its Team Work that gets us through, and that afterwords, we'll all be grateful to each other.

Attempt a RETREIVAL.

There is a never coicncidence when you meet someone. Lost family you were meant to shine light to.

Ask a lot of these questions while doing dishes or a bath. WATER, connects to the grid.

Put on whale and dolphin songs and play them loudly. Lots on youtube, they raise your frequency.

Ho'onoponopono does as well.

They can raise your frequency so high, you can't even functon here, you're in a fine rapid field where every question gets answered by a a Guide of Love.

Pour out your heart, while doing dishes, and express often gratitude and humilty, and how your feel you don't want to let Family above, or family here down.

She would qualify as family her. Start to seek to show her kindness and forgive her. She won't be able to keep up with a higher frequency however.

While sungazing, ask for her Higher Self to suggest ways to wake her up and help her make that U-Turn to Love, to change. If she's dangerous in person, this won't be in person.

You are praying, or giving this simple cleansing intent to Creator or if you are not spiritual, Higher/Future/Infinite Self, of which you are just a sliver.

Try Love tactics not pain tactics.

I've had attack under different circumstances and almost died, I had chest pains, and erratic pulse, and had a severe migraine, went from busy to flat on my back on the couch, unable to lift a limb, and turned it around with Love for them, praying that they had some help making better choices so they could be truly happy, to have joy in their lives, not to be harmed any more.

Never use fear, or pain, always forgive and Love and try to help the other.

There are beings more powerful than vampires. The most powerful is the Supreme Being Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ command the "vampire" to leave. Bless yourself with Holy Water before going to sleep at night. YOu can obtain Holy Water for free at most Catholic churches from a dispenser in the church.

Unless you are doing the work you came to do, and growing your love, praying and seeking to work through your blocks and see the world for what it is, this isn't going to work as well. Its not just a technique to use. Yeshua was the greatest teacher of unconditional love, and we need to find our way, to walk in his footsteps, whether we think he is a metaphor or not. I believe he was both real and metaphor, that Rome determined what to put in the bible.

What works there is Faith. For some that works because they're already working on themselves and they have Faith in the Highest Love and Goodness.

Because I do have Faith. I renounce negativity, and denounce the others harm to others, in the name of Christ Yeshua, and even in the Name of the Spirit of Peace and Love, for they are the SAME, and so he has a choice. And that this being must leave.

Also, work to turn every negative thought around. Write them down, and then rewrite it into a positive. If a fearful thought comes, wipe the screen off in your mind and replace with a positive. Seek to find the lesson in each thing and envision, the positive.

But send Love as well, attempt a Retrieval.

Also there are no coicidences. Everyone in your life is someone with past history.

Take responsibility, even if you didn't do wrong, for not being effective even in helping enough, and be the adult and turn it around. Try to take her back home away from this train wreck of her life.

OP, first off, you must look honestly at yourself and see how you are able to be affected by an 'attack' in the first place. We only draw energy to us that vibrates in some way with our own. There is something unresolved within you that is allowing this to take place.

Practice forgiveness, say loving affirmations (like 'I send ______ love and practice kindness, forgiveness and healing' and/or 'I am pure, I am divine, I am unconditional love, I am grounded, protected and safe with Divine LIght').

Close your eyes and picture a chord running between you and the woman in question. See what the chord looks like, then envision it filled with light - a brilliant white gold light. That can and will help purify your connection.

Most importantly, thank the negative energy with gratitude, because it is there for a reason, to show you what is within you. Then release it.

Just proclaim Jesus Christ is Lord in your mind, and believe in your heart. They will flee. This is a great way to test the spirits as well.

I don't think you have ANY IDEA what kind of a system you're living in. Therefore, I would suggest not making statements which might put you in a bind later on.

It's about confidence. Take back your mind, remember it's yours and you can do anything you want in your own mind. Keeping occupied, is advisable, the more you focus on them the easier it is for them to influence you.

Brain training is another good one. Just exercise your mind more often, math, geography what ever you want to learn. This will help get more control and confidence. And remember it's your mind, you can think of or feel anything you want, because it's only a thought, one of the easiest things there is to do.

Oh ya the friend thing is a plow to get you to focus on it or trust it more, it's not your friend. If you think about it, it's no more real then a dream and can do little more. It will try to get you to do it to yourself, which is all they can really do.

Once I thought I was under some kind of psychic attack. It comes at night, I would feel alot of fear, then some presence tries to push into my head and tries to push me out of my body. Then after awhile the presence will depart. This went on for a few nights, and it left me with alot of fear and anxiety. So much that I fear going to sleep.

I have tried praying, visualing myself with light, or with protection. Nothing works.

Then one night, the presence came again. For some reason, I got very angry. I let my anger grow, and any fear that rose within me, I convert them to anger. Then I push that anger into that presence, out of my body and into the core of that presence. After that, the presence never came back again.

Disclaimer: I don't know if it is a good thing to do, or what is the karmic price. But I slept better since then.

Have you found an answer here that has helped yet? I have never posted on GLP before, but I hate to see someone suffer. I have a very simple solution to your problem, but i do not want to bother posting it if you've already solved your problem or you are not serious. If you indeed are under attack i can help you.
