what does it mean when your asleep and can feel your body vibrating intensely?
This has only happened twice but both times happened recently.

The first time only a few weeks ago I semi-woke up in a dream state and realised I was still "asleep". I could feel my body vibrating intensely fast and instead of opting to snap out of it I concentrated on allowing the vibrating to continue.

As I was half awake I realised that if I opened my eyes I could snap out of this dream state so I continued to allow the vibrating until only a few seconds later I knew it was "safe".

Seconds later when I opened my eyes I was now in the dream realm and actually realised I was dreaming and had a limited capacity to control where the dream occured. I remember walking around a train station in my dream and thinking of how different yet the same things were in the dream state.

As the dream continued I gained more and more control of the dream and by the end could dream up whatever I wanted to an extent.

I remember looking down at my hands and touching them in the dream and I marveled over how when in the dream state the sense of touch felt every bit as powerful as in real life.

Only a few days ago I half woke up in the middle of the night and felt this vibrating again but wasnt able to control it as well and simply fell back into deep sleep.

Ive only felt this vibrating sensation twice in my whole life.

I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS

1. Has anyone else ever experienced this.

2. If so can you explain what is happening

3. Is the dream state the same as the astral plain?

4. Was I astrally projecting?

Yes. The vibrations are associated with astral travel. It is the changing of your frequency in order to be resonate with higher so-called "dimensions." This goes with the understanding that all "dimensions" are actually rolled into one.

Re: what does it mean when your asleep and can feel your body vibrating intensely?
i get the same thing once in awhile ever since i was a kid. I would always feel frightened and try to fight the feeling until I woke up. When the vibrating happened I always had a feeling there was somebody present by me but I couldnt see. It wasnt until i was in college where there was an incidence where it happened after i havent slept in 3 days. I was way to tired to fight the vibrating feeling so I just let it take its course. The vibrating became more and more intense and I thought I was going to die, and then all of a sudden it stopped and the feeling became very pleasant and peaceful. When it stopped i was concscious but not awake, i guess it was what you call an out of body experience. I was experiencing the feeling of moving through space at extraordinary speed. It basically felt like I had no body but I was flying throught some kind of black space with lots of lights. I was freaked out and then some type of light fog came up next to me. It formed some kind of human shape and conveyed to me not to be scared. The experience literally felt like it was about 45 min. It definitely was not a dream because of the duration and clarity. I began to become frightened because I was in this what i call "astral plane" so long and thought I might have died or something. Right at that instant I woke up. Right at the moment I woke up I was looking at the wall and there were swirly patterns on the walls of my room. My guess for the swirly patterns is they might be residuals from dmt and out of body experience? Anyways everytime I get the vibrating feeling I embrace it and travel to this other world. So next time dont be aftraid, welcome and embrace the vibrations and you will be rewarded with the most awesome experience!

Re: what does it mean when your asleep and can feel your body vibrating intensely?
Yes, This is the Astral plane. Someone who has had trauma such as the death of a loved one may begin their Astral plane exploration in this way. It is good that you instinctively looked at your hands as this enables more control over your Astral body. You recognise it as a reality as such.
It is a real place and you are being evaluated on your very essence as a human being whist there so don't think for a second you are free of your service to other obligations while there.
Embrace it and learn to recognise others there. You will find your reason/s for being granted conscious access to this amazing aspect of reality. Remember, be true to your self always. Plant the seeds of love and love will grow around you.
There are others who have access that deceive newbies and confuse or tempt them. This is why I am serious in my tone. No harm will come to you when there as you always remain attached to here. The only negative is losing your connection.
Enhance your experience by focusing on your senses daily. Enjoy all tastes, smells, sights, sounds and textures of your environment. It makes a huge difference.
Some sports people use it to practice, some scientists use it to research consciously, everyone is using it at some time though very few are conscious of it. Being conscious of it means as you know you will manifest your thoughts. Which means you may then reverse engineer your manifestations and create them from scratch during your day. I hope this makes sense and finally I will add that I, although not formally, enjoy great benefit in healing arts as a result of my conscious exploration of this truly amazing aspect of our humanity.

Have fun,
love john

Maybe I should ellaborate! It was nothing like a convulsion or fit. It was as if every cell in my body was vibrating at a very high frequency of SHORT wave length.

Like a very fast vibration.

It was not scary or uncontrollable. I knew that I could stop the vibration if I wanted . I could feel it over my body like a wave and on every part of my body. It was peaceful .

I remember having control over my physical eyes and I checked the time . It was 8:15am . I drifted into the vibration and closed my eyes when I reopened them it was my "dream eyes" that I opened as I was then in a dream scape. I woke back up at 8:40 only 25 mins later but it felt like I was out for at least an hour.

No joke, there are parents in Calgary that sued and lost in their effort to have wifi removed from the schools. A school in Ontario has already opted out.

CBC conducted a blind study on the effects of wifi on the body, proving that some people´s bodies react to "acceptable" levels produced by modems. Will try to find a link to the study they showed last night. Below are some of the stories in regards to wifi and it's negative health effects.

Thank you so much John. This was great to read. Much respect.

Do you think my experiences come as no coincidence as recently I have had this realization that the self is an illusory experience. The idea of individuality or self centredness as a defineable quality is merely a trap for the soul and love for one another needs to come before love for oneself or any sort of self servitude.

Re: what does it mean when your asleep and can feel your body vibrating intensely?
I had a similar experience. I awoke during the night a few months ago from a very deep sleep to realize that my entire body was vibrating. It felt like my entire body was shaking/vibrating almost buzzing. This had never happened to me before. I was so tired that I told myself that everything was ok and went back to sleep. I didn't have the same dream experience you had though.

I can only guess that it may be our bodies recalibrating/adjusting to the new frequencies. *shrugs shoulders*

if you also have a fast heart beat then you probably have overactive thyroid. aka, graves disease.

go to your doc before you get heart failure.
