The same thing I would do if I was ever lucky enough to win the lottery.
I'd set up my dream I call "Iris Cove".
In my mind it's about 20 acres or so.
A couple of milk cows, chickens for eggs, big vegetable garden, stocked pond, a well, off the grid power if possible.
Lots of outdoor work.
I'd have cabins for my kids and their families, my sister and myself and husband so we could all be together. I picture a big kitchen in my house where we'd gather for meals.
The garden would be big enough to share with friends and neighbors.
And, of course, I'd plant irises everywhere. I've run out of room for them here. :)
I would also help some of my relatives who are in financial trouble.

Can you believe that? I think one of the neighbors a couple of streets over has a peacock, though. :)
