why not??? God uses nations of men to work his will all the time.
 Quoting: Sword0fGideon

You do understand the spiritual implications and ramifications of even suggesting that God the Creator asks a person to take another persons life dont you?..I only hope you have it right..because if by any chance you havent..it is probably the highest possible sin one can commit..you do understand that dont you?

you are thinking these were people like you and me, but they wasnt. they was corrupted in their flesh. just like the population was before the flood......

i know, thats an iffy point to some.

the angels returned after the flood and created more abominations.

God sends a flood and fails to achieve his goal?

Genesis 6:4 tells you before and after, there is only one "before and after" and that is of the flood.....

Christians have had to face and realize their own sins, and feel compelled to try and help others as well.

This chant of Holier than thou is wrong and is taught by others making you think what is cool or acceptable to them.

The thought of "believe as i do" is strongly in an unbelievers life, because they feel they will be ridiculed by their friends.

Every falsehood a unbeliver weilds, is merely a reflection of the obstacles that unbeliever must face from his very own peers.

Unbelievers are the true followers, they are dedicated to fear of what other people think of them.

And because of this, they are ashamed of themselves, but wall themselves up to feel comfortable and safe, assuring themselves with rationality and laughter.

Which is insanity!

Aww, thank you. I have a long way to go, and I have no formal training. So I know some of it could be a lot better, but for my third whole fondant cake ever, I think it did alright.

I didn't get to be there for their potluck, I hope they enjoyed it.

I did the same flavors again, red velvet with chocolate decadence with cream cheese and chocolate icing. And fondant for the outside, of course.

On Monday when I take Kira for summer school, I'm going to ask how they liked it. I am worried I might have offended with the "ACME" stuff, since I wasn't there to explain.

I really, really worry about upsetting or offending people when I'm being serious about stuff. Odd as that might seem to some folks, since I don't worry about that much over the 'net during casual conversations. chuckle

Little star I have no beef with you. You still kind of sensitive i see.

Now about Glory. If we humble ourselves and learn humility in due time God will lift us up. He doesn't light a candle and put it underneath a table.

God bless you
 Quoting: Baruch HaShem

LOL
You have no beef with me. Great, I don't with you either, but I am not going to let you work over others because of your power playing games.
Again, teach them how to find the truth.
No I am not kind of sensitive, and don't start trying to use some "Ad Hominem" like the word "sensitive" and use that to characteristic word to define me as a person.
I notice you don't denie anything I have said. lol

Now it starts, the word "humble" that is the method that many Christians use against each other when someone points out errors.
My "lamp is full of oil, and my cup runs over with truth given by ONE MASTER OF ASSEMBLY, AND MY SOUL IS NAILED TO THE LORD."

If you were really humble you would not be blasting all denominations. Teach them, give them bread of LIFE by the Way of the Lord. Don't lord over anyone.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1396900

theres suck a fine line there really......

i myself am against the church, do not confuse that with the people.......

i am of the opinion we have inherited lies...

but i think the journey to find enlightenment is a task done solo in study and much prayer...

sure there is conferring with others, but the Spirit reveals what it will when it will. usually not untill the Spirit knows you are ready for such treats, till then its milk.
 Quoting: Sword0fGideon

What church are you against?
Earthly church, or the spirit filled body of Christ church , the many membered body of Christ?
I know the answer, the earthly church is what you are saying, some building, some denomination..
I have been from denomination to denomination and there is always one or two in any denomination that is working to be with the Lord in truth.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1396900

Ok you are a prophet. I have written a lot. Here. So teach. Build up the brethren. You have the floor. (I think you just like to be contrary.) I need to here what you have to say.
 Quoting: Baruch HaShem

PS OP,,, you have already heard what I have said. YOU said the church is the abomination of desolation. That is an out right in correct teaching.
There is only ONE entity that has that title, and it is Satan himself. He is the only one that has been judged already. No not even those angels that side stepped Gods plan and came down and seduced woman have been judged yet according to Jude 6.
I will reveal Satan by the way of the Holy Spirit in the hour of temptation.
Most Christians do not have a handle on that "Hour of temptation". And neither do you!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1396900

did you know cardinals wear scarlet and bishops wear purple???

that was pointed out to me recently.....
 Quoting: Sword0fGideon

That's cool.
I really like birds.
I have a parrot. He is around 5 years old. I got him because no one could train him to stop biting people.
They were going to put him down and my wife told me about it and we got him. He is a Quaker Parrot. Beautiful colors and all.
He is fully trained now and he talks a mile a min. and he is a pretty cool character.
How I trained him not to bite is buy a white leather glove thick one and I just let him bite it for about 2 weeks. Everyday I would pick him up with the glove and just let him bite away.
What that does to a bird is makes them think that can't hurt you so they stop. Works every time. If someone reads this and you may be a black person, use a black glove so that when you start to handle the bird he will think it is still the glove. I got taught all this by some "bird lady" who I used to take care of her 57 birds she had. I had to clean the cages daily and she paid me and taught me how to tame a bird. Nice lady too.
So, I liked your saying.. lol

Such talent you have if you did. That is awesome.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1396900

Yep, I made it. From the crayons and the "ruler" to the apple and the birds and flowers (though those last two are from molds).

The crayons didn't turn out straight enough for me, so I made them melt. Kids always melt crayons, it's kind of a rite of passage. :D

Right?!

Well, if not, it was a good enough excuse for me... lmao

no seriously..never made anything as pretty as that..
they are tasty luckily but not anywhere near as pretty..that is really top notch professional Sandi..my compliments..hf

I appreciate that. Of course, I notice all the mistakes, so it doesn't seem all that professional to me. But it's kind of funny, sometimes I watch those cake shows and I think... "now that's some shoddy work, they should--" and then I slink down in my chair, lol. I have no room to be pointing fingers, I know.

I guess we all do it sometimes.

It's my third cake, I don't know if you saw my second one (the first one I have no pictures of, it was my 'practice' for the second one--first official one).

i like them for whatever inperfections you think they have.

they arent all ridgid and perfect like wedding cakes, but look fun and like someone made they with love, lots of love.

in another words, i'd be more attracted to eat your cake rather than the cakes puked out by a professional.

to them its just a job, but to you its a labor of love which you strive to perfect......

and actually sandi, because you didnt go to cake school, and learn all the teachings and laws concerning cakes and the acceptible practices of making them.

but rather struck out on your own, and all by yourself sought out understanding with trial and error.

and though not absolutely perfect, but everything done in love.

unlike those other cake makers who make cakes without thought, yet follow strict doctrine, because it is a labor they are paid to do.

do you think your cake will be reguarded as any less worthy???

Re: Is the Kundalini raising the same as being filled with the Holy Ghost?
It's an interesting parallel you draw, and for what it's worth, I do know what you mean by "the church" versus "the people".

It's difficult to let these cakes go. I do them and they turn out so much better than I ever imagined possible, especially without all of the knowledge and training in "the right way." I sit and stare at them with a sense of wonder and awe.

"It really, really looks like a book!" I think to myself, and my jaw hangs open in surprise and delight.

Often, it's like this when I do any kindness. It's hard to let go of that beautiful, amazing feeling that comes from that, and sometimes it's easy to attach that feeling to the thing that I did.

But when I gave the cake over and watched the people delight in it, that was when the real magic actually began.

Spiritually speaking, everything we do for human beings is like the finished product of the cake. We want to keep it and admire it and bask in the amazement of how great it feels to do for one another, or to hear the thunderous voice of God.

But when I get those rare and beautiful opportunities to speak to a true seeker and share those experiences... that's when the magic really starts. That's when I recognize all that it's really about.

The cake is so beautiful. And it's so precious and I just want to keep it. But when I share it, the wonder other people experience is what truly moves me and makes it all worthwhile.

If I were to hoard it for myself, if I were to think that making the cake was about something for me to keep... I would aggrandize myself and miss the magic of watching people's breath be taken away by the amazing gift.

Gifts are to be shared. And I don't mean presents you make for someone else, I mean the skills, knowledge, wisdom, and especially the ability to Love that we've all been given.

For in the sharing, not in the hoarding, comes the moving of mountains.

the buildings and what they represent and their foundation.

Damn those evil buildings! If only they would leave us alone!

 Quoting: Daniel's Seventieth Seven 1071051

the buildings represent an idea, and its that idea which is the problem.

 Quoting: Sword0fGideon

Who had the 'idea' to build them?

And what about Robert Schuller's drive-in? Was that evil?

(?)
 Quoting: Daniel's Seventieth Seven 1071051

why does it matter who built them......

wouldnt it be easier to say who did not build they??

It's an interesting parallel you draw, and for what it's worth, I do know what you mean by "the church" versus "the people".

It's difficult to let these cakes go. I do them and they turn out so much better than I ever imagined possible, especially without all of the knowledge and training in "the right way." I sit and stare at them with a sense of wonder and awe.

you do know christianity mirrors catholics almost exactly? Just about all major religions came from catholics and their hellenistic sun god worship that practice Lawlessness. You can tahnk CONstantine for the Strong Delution. It has produced: Catholics, Islam, Mormans, and last but not least, over 38,000 denominations of christianity! hmmmmm... What did they do before CONstantine....

CONstantine Creed:

“I renounce all customs, rites, legalisms, unleavened breads and sacrifices of lambs of the Hebrews, and all the other feasts of the Hebrews, sacrifices, prayers, aspirations, purifications, sanctifications, and propitiations, and fasts and new moons, and Sabbaths, and superstitions, and hymns and chants, and observances and synagogues. absolutely everything Jewish, every Law, rite and custom and if afterwards I shall wish to deny and return to Jewish superstition, or shall be found eating with Jews, or feasting with them, or secretly conversing and condemning the Christian religion instead of openly confuting them and condemning their vain faith, then let the trembling of Cain and the leprosy of Gehazi cleave to me, as well as the legal punishments to which I acknowledge myself liable. And may I be an
anathema in the world to come, and may my soul be set down with Satan and the devils.

Furthermore, any follower of the “Jewish Messiah” who wished to join this “holy community” was compelled to adopt a different set of rules and customs. Subsequently special creeds were drafted, to which the Christian would have to swear such as:

“1 accept all customs, rites, legalism, and feasts of the Romans, sacrifices. Prayers, purifications with water, sanctifications by Pontificus Maxmus (high priests of Rome), propitiations, and feasts, and the New Sabbath “So! dei” (day of the Sun, ), all new chants and observances, and all the foods and drinks of the Romans. In other words, I absolutely accept everything Roman, every new law, rite and custom, of Rome, and the New Roman Religion.”

Here is your daddy christians!! He directly went against those following the Messiah nad H-s Ways.

No, we were freed from marrying another god (which is what Israel did, Read Hosea) Once you divorce your first husband and marry another, you can never come back. It's an abomination. (Deut. 24:1-5) SO, YHVH could NEVER have Israel come backto H-m unless HE found a way around this Law. IF your prior husband dies, you are FREE from the Law of the prior Husband. Thus the Messiah making the covenent for Abraham while he slept was able to Fullfill this part of The Law so Israel and anyone else could come back to H-m even though they deserve death. (Read Romans 7)

"Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before YHVH:" Deut 24

Romans 7

"Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to [her] husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of [her] husband. So then if, while [her] husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ;

...

For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

...

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin."

If you decide to GO BACK to the covenent (Repent), you HAVE to strive to follow to Torah.

Are you under the Delusion that the Messiah was a sinner (breaker of Torah) like wildhoney says too?

You are right. Because we do not know what faith is.

James 2

"Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. "

See you need faith to move your works. your works will say either, "Yes YHVH, you are my King and I will follow Your ways, and Your laws, and Your Holy days" or your works will say, "I believe in you, but I'm going to follow My holidays, My day of rest, My laws, and My definitions of your word."

Choice is yours
How you treat others, is how you treat God. Be humble, give others your best, and cherish every moment. Being right is not an excuse to treat someone negatively.
