The point Im trying to make is that although his word was of love..he prophesized that in effect it would be used as a sword..
Look at history..how much violence has occurred by some of those that professed to follow him? thats what imn he meant

So are gays, women that drive over there, hindu, anybody not muslim, ect.. But Who are the people that have been CONSISTANLY hated and kill and massacered all over the world? The only Torah Observant people left after Messiah. But YHVH Would never let H-s people perish. Which is why they are BACK in the Land and NOT obliterated! :) Praise YHVH!! Actually he stated what was going to happen in the following years...households were divided all over that area..and then spread to Rome and throughout the Empire..the old beliefs were cast aside..and the teachings of Christ gained ground..families torn to pieces..and parents denouncing children and vice versa over their beliefs thats what he was prophesizing.. he also added.. that no matter what their family members would think of them for following Christ..they had to put Him first..even if it meant breaking with the family..as happened They had to love him first..above all else.. thats what imo he meant What does imo mean? And if you read the context of the verse, it's saying that people will hate them for H-S words. Pretty sure that's still the case, but I could be wrong. Also tha H-s words will cause Division and fighting between loved ones. And I can assure you that is still the case as well. ;)
