Seems to me HE was saying people will hate you for following ME and MY WORD. christians claim they are persecuted because one missionary dies in Iraq a year... So are gays, women that drive over there, hindu, anybody not muslim, ect..
But Who are the people that have been CONSISTANLY hated and kill and massacered all over the world? The only Torah Observant people left after Messiah. But YHVH Would never let H-s people perish. Which is why they are BACK in the Land and NOT obliterated! :) Praise YHVH!!

Im sorry..I have explained..my path is different from yours :) My path are the footsteps of Christ as he walked bare foot spreading the good news..though I am unworthy of following his footsteps..but he is the light I follow My path reminds me that no one is special..no one is above anyone..for the first will be last..and those that exalt themselves will be humbled..along my path..the greatest man that everv lived washed the filthy feet of his scraggly followers..along my path..Christ was homeless..and little more than a beggar who ate according to donations form other..along my path Christ didnt even have a tomb in which to be buried and died the death assigned to the lowest of the low a path of humility..but a path of Love he never said ONCE..look at me..Im better than you..bow before me..worship me... he lived a penniless lift of deprivation and humilty..but a life full of love.... God didnt assign a land for him..nor even a house..nothing..but Divine Grace in spreading his message of Love So much as to forgive those that abused him..mocked him..spat of him..denied him water..tortured him..and finally killed him
