I appreciate that. Of course, I notice all the mistakes, so it doesn't seem all that professional to me. But it's kind of funny, sometimes I watch those cake shows and I think... "now that's some shoddy work, they should--" and then I slink down in my chair, lol. I have no room to be pointing fingers, I know.
I guess we all do it sometimes.
It's my third cake, I don't know if you saw my second one (the first one I have no pictures of, it was my 'practice' for the second one--first official one).
