causes of nightmares?

his body was in more of a relaxed state, therefore he was mor elucid and able to remember his dream vision.

what was the subject of the nightmare.

what a 19 year old deem a nightmare, someone with lots of dream experience may not.

It was extremely vivid to the point you could see eyes over a distance, most the time it was black, but parts of witnessing butchering and other things occured until one point the light came on and it was 3 people 1 female and 2 male i cant remember too much but stole a car and ran them over and got out, its flaky after that. The 2 males caused alot of trouble for me in the past when I decided to de-friend them (went round town spreading lies to turn people against me).

I woke up to one this morning as well. First one in ages. Don't remember the dream itself, but just knew it was a nightmare.

If a dream starts to turn negative I turn it around and make it positive...it's all in your mind...literally

Dreams are manifested by "the thoughts of thy heart"... So dreams are about your hopes, dreams, fears, etc...

I dream about pussy all the time, even directly after getting laid...what's that mean?

Had one the other night and it has been a long while since Ive had one,it was terrifying actually,woke up thinking about it intensely for about 2-3 hours afterwards.

Over the years I have noticed that if I eat pizza beyond 6:00p.m., I will certainly have a nightmare.

he's sleeping on the couch in the same room I'm in I suspect he's still a little shaken by it :(

Guess so...just tell him like I said, you control your thoughts, even in dreams...just always ask yourself if the thought you are having is valid...if it is then allow it, if not then change it...

I've had 2 dreams this month about riding an elephant. 2 different elephants 2 different scenarios. I looked it up & apparently I am going to become rich, wouldn't that be nice lol.

Um, one thing to consider is that the house or his room may have negative spirits...the head of the household can demand that they leave...I've done that with every property I have owned...it works, but make sure the head of the household is the one to do it...and mean it without fear or doubt.

Same with me, and not just pizza, but anything Italian. I think it has to do with some of the herbs. Oregano, maybe.
