I know it sounds hard but let us be a little bit Rational,
in the first Hours after the Eq and the Tsunami a real Communication was impossible,
in the Evening of 03/11 they evacuated the first Line around the Plant and Hours later the second and third,
ca. 400.000 People left their Homes and 180.000 showed up
in a Emergency Shelter, "unharmed", for them this Evacuation worked very well!
The People in the West still do not understand that the Communication Lines do not worked, Roads was blocked
and Energy Lines broken, that "only" ca. 150 People got "Contaminated" is a Miracle and we should be happy
that it was not more Humans!
The People inside the Plant done nothing Heroic,
they just followed their Protocol
and observed the Dosimeter very well!
