[Contaminated underground water]Reactor4 had 6.4 times much H-3 as reactor2 in its sub-drain [ link to fukushima-diary.com] [snip] The sampling date was 6/11/2012, Tepco has not been reporting it for 5 months. It’s designed to let underground water in easily. H-3 measured therefore is presumed to be from underground water.
