Unit 1. seems the most hardest Hit Reactor with the
greatest (100%?) Melt-Down!
But this (Tepco/ JNES) Theory works only when the Fuel do not left the
Containment Vessel, compare the Data with the Press Release
from 12.28.12 (Japanese only but it is physical Data only)
This was foreseen since Decades,
no (direct) relation to F:Shima!
Of course when you are living in a Emergency Housing Project
it is impossible to plan Children but there is no relation
that F;Shima killed some statistical Numbers!
Maybe so... but it stands to reason that anyone with
means and an ounce of sense would have gotten out
of Japan if they could; at least until they knew it was safe.

Yes, i left Japan too, of course, because the Situation was
and still is dangerous!
When i was younger i experienced the Explosion of Chernobyl
and i still had and have a bit of knowledge about Nuclear
Reactors!
In the first Month after 03/11 more than 260.000 foreign People left Japan,
the majority was evacuated by the div. Governments!

In the first Week i expected all together 3 different Facilities in a Full Melt-Down (Tokai, F'Shima and Onagawa)
which is a much different Scenario than "just Daiichi"!
The Numbers of Japanese who left Japan is only marginal!
By my knowledge smaller than 35-30.000 People!
More than 85% of the Fly-Jin (Gai-jin who left) returned!
