Because the leaders of Japan and China ( modern day Ahabs and Baals )do not repent to the Lord, the people under their authority will continue to suffer. However, the Nuclear Spring ( vs the Arab Spring ) in Asia has shown that Holy Spirit is alive and well in this region of the world and eventually some type of change will occur. It is simpler to Love the Lord and let Him take care of you.
