Police are supposed to be our "public servants" To Serve and Protect is the motto i believe. Now if police have dashboard cameras and are filming their actions, why in the world would it be an offense for a citizen video taping a "public Servant" going about his duty in PUBLIC as a PUBLIC SERVANT?
