My wife was a nurse in Michigan for many years and the Canadians come here for healthcare. She also worked with several nurses that lived in Canada. They work here for better wages and working conditions. The whole socialized medical thing is a joke. However if you ask any Canadian they will look down their nose at you and tell you how much better they are because they care.
Canada is cold and has high taxes... Sounds like the perfect home for Al Gore.
