Yu Muroga is the driver. He was making deliveries a mile inland and did not think the tsunami would reach that far. He remained in the vehicle the entire time and managed to escape at the end. Frightening perspective. Thanks OP.

Hey dumbass the quake happened 42 miles from the coast of Japan and 70 miles from a heavily inhabited city.


Since this video shows a heavily inhabited city it means that it's at least 70 miles from the epicenter.

Also. Japan has the strictest building standards in the world when it comes to earthquakes so a quake 70 miles away probably wouldn't cause much damage.
