How To Deal With Police Officers!!!!!
How To Deal With Police Officer's
This is something i typed up to help people deal with over aggressive police officers that are trying to invade your rights. many people are intimidated by cops and they know this. police officers also know that most citizens do not know their rights and so they use that against them. there is a reason they do not teach you anything about your rights or the constitution in school nowadays. Keep in mind this DOES NOT apply to people that have committed an illegal act and should not be interpreted that way.

Credit goes to the "Anti-Terrorist" on youtube for alot of insightful information on this subject, I highly suggest you take a look at his video's for more detailed info as this is just a summary of what he has said as well as my own research on the internet.

Always stay in the MASTER position. Ask Questions get answers! Police officers are servant's of the public that are employed by the public to protect the public from unlawful acts.

If you are not prepared to sit in a cell for a max of 48 hours, then you are not willing to defend your rights. Officers and officials will try anything they can to coerce you into answering questions that can be used against you. they will make it look like they are your friend and they are going to help you with you situation.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! DO NOT SAY ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS IN THIS POST! DO NOT DENY ANYTHING! DO NOT SAY ANYTHING!

Police officers are nothing more than money agents, it's their job to meet the states quota for fees, tickets, etc. To help with state revenue, our tax dollars just aren't enough anymore.

Alot of people don't know that police officers can only police by consent if you are innocent they CAN NOT force you to do anything LEGALLY (they can still detain you ILLEGALLY). if you have broken the law then they do not need consent.
You are not required to give any police officer, government official any information at anytime unless they have witnessed you doing an unlawful act.

If police officer or government official want's to ask you some questions record the conversation, make sure the officer can see the recording device. "hello officer what is the nature of the intended detainment?" If the officer says you do not have permission to record the conversation, then you say "In that case am i free to go?" (Side note: If you are in a public area in which other people could easily over hear your conversation then you do not need both parties consent to audio record or video record. This varies from state to state but usually that rule applies.) If he does not answer and/or tries to ask more questions keep repeating the previous statement or you ask "Did you witness me break the law officer?" if he answers yes then repeat first question. If he answers no, then you say "I am now reserving my right not to speak to a police officer who has not witnessed me break the law. Thank you and have a good day" (Walk Away)

If A Police officer or Government official asks to see identification you can ask if you are obliged to carry an I.D. the same applies if he asks for your name or any other personal information if an officer or official says that you are obliged he is acting fraudulently and broke the law. From this point just repeat "Am I free to go?" If they start to detain you then you ask "Am I under arrest?"

If it looks like you will be arrested then you say "officer I am a peaceful man, if you are going to arrest me there will be no need for force or violence. However you are required to note that i am operating under protest and duress at all times. I reserve all of my rights at all times and waive none of my rights at any time for any cause or reason."

Once you make it to the station the golden rule applies here. Sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up! Do NOT give them permission to take your fingerprints, you do NOT give them consent to ask you any more questions, do NOT give them consent to put their hands on you in any way. "You do not have consent to touch me officer." Police officers can only LEGALLY police by consent if you are innocent and if it's under statutory regulations. A statute is a legislative rule of society given the force of law by consent of the governed, not the majority of the governed just the governed, that mean you! If you can follow this then you will most likely be out of your cell in 48 hours. the only way you can be convicted is if YOU give them info. I also encourage any readers to correct any mistakes i might have made or add to this list to better protect your rights, liberties and freedom! I really hope this helps!

I would imagine this would not work in all cases as "peace keepers" can be very aggressive and unlawful. i feel it's still helpful for people not to give up their right's which is the officers main goal.

Hey, I am not totally against the Officers of the Law, but I am not exactly for them either.

They should have never some to th is country by Orders of the King of Europeans Countries in the name of "Catholicism", just to rape, kill and pillage this country from the Native Americans.

What ever happened to "Turn the other cheek" concept?

All I know is that they are reaping their own Karma; unfortunately.

I'm not against police either, and i'm pretty sure alot of people know that cops were not always like this. there was a time when they were friends and we could trust them. but that time is long gone unfortunately. There is a reason everyone gets a "bad" feeling when a police officer is around. very good quote btw it holds very true in alot of situations. thanks for your thoughts.

Re: How To Deal With Police Officers!!!!!
If You are Facing Charges
The following is not intended to substitute for competent legal assistance, nor is it to

be
construed as specific legal advice. However, we offer some observations which may be
of general interest.
Ask to sign the relevant paperwork for a jury trial immediately upon being charged. You

can
decide not to follow through later on, but it's not always possible to regain your right

to
trial by jury once it's been lost.
The prosecutor may pressure you to accept a plea bargain, perhaps by threatening to
escalate or multiply charges if you do not accept, or by assuring you that if you go

before a
jury, and lose, the punishment will be much worse than if they make a deal.
You may wish to resist such intimidation, if you believe injustice is being done to you.
Consider that if you plead guilty to breaking an unpopular law, you lengthen the time

that
you and everyone else will be subject to it, because neither you nor a jury will have an
opportunity to express your opinion of it. And if your plea "bargain" includes a felony

count,
you're also giving up--without a fight--your right to vote, or serve on a jury, hold

public
office, or own a firearm.
The so-called "Informed Jury defense", in which activists make a deliberate attempt to
educate your trial jurors in their right to judge the law itself, and to vote on the

verdict
according to conscience, is gaining in popularity and effectiveness. We see more and more
"hung juries" and outright acquittals of individuals charged with violating unpopular

(usually
political, or victimless crime) laws, or who were subjected to unconstitutional police
procedures.
The first phase is to create an awareness in the community about the real extent of the
power that jurors wield; the next is to supply detailed information directly to the

jurors
who will actually hear your case. The first phase can be done by calling in to radio talk
shows, writing letters to the editor, leafleting, advertising--whatever your time and

money
will permit. The second is best done by getting friends, family, or fellow fully informed

jury
activists to show up at the courthouse when your jury is being selected, to hand "True or
False?" or other materials to the incoming jury pool--which usually means being there

from
about 7:30 to 9:00 am.
Occasionally, leafleters will be hassled by the authorities, but to date no one has been
convicted of anything for passing out fully informed jury brochures. In US v. Grace,

1983, it
was determined that the sidewalks around a courthouse are a "free speech zone", and it
seems that the word has gotten around to most of the nation's courts, punctuated by the
fact that in those few cases where arrests have been made, the authorities are now facing
lawsuits...or perhaps it's merely that prosecutors have reasoned (correctly) that if they
arrest fully informed jury leafleters, the leaflets will have to be given to the

leafleter's own
jury as evidence...

You can also spread information which argues that the law you're accused of breaking is a
poor one, at the same time you inform people about jury power. Fully informed juries
"combine well" with many "causes", especially those which involve reforming laws,

although
activists shouldn't take sides on any law.
You may be accused of an offense which does not invoke your right to trial by jury

itself.
There are future plans to deal with this gross violation of your individual rights, but

for the
moment there is little that can be done. If you plan to break a law of one kind or

another
and "fight for justice in the courts" on behalf of one cause or another, therefore, it

will pay
you to check ahead of time to see what kind of offense you'll have to commit in order to
get a trial by jury--and then make sure that jury is fully informed.
And don't expect it to be easy to make your argument in court. You may not even be
allowed to tell the jury why you did it, let alone what's wrong with the law or what the
Constitution says. The jury will hear and see only the evidence and testimony allowed by
the judge, and further restricted by the prosecutor. And you'll be facing jurors who have
been both told and sworn by the judge to "follow the law as given", and told they

"should"
(sometimes even "must") find you guilty if the evidence supports a conviction.
Under these circumstances, about the only way to "inform" the jury, once in court, is to

hint
at their power during voir dire (jury selection), then explain it during closing

arguments--at
least until the gavel slams down and you're threatened with contempt of court if you or
your attorney continues! Take heed: contempt of court charges do not entail a trial by

jury,
just a show-cause hearing and judgment by the bench!
You're not so likely to be stopped or threatened with contempt if you use part of your

jury
selection time, opening and especially closing remarks to remind your jurors about their
role as the "conscience of the community", how the jury is an important player in our
system of justice, that the jury stands as an important buffer between the accused person
and the power of the government, and that these are the reasons America uses jurors, not
computers, to judge a case.
In short, without hitting the nail on the head and therefore being silenced, you're

saying
things which can help the jurors gain self confidence and a sense of power and
independence--and gambling that some of them may begin considering about why they're
there. Besides, everything you're saying is not only true, it shows your respect for the

jurors
and the jury system, which is something the prosecution is not likely to do.
Finally, if in fact justice in your case means exoneration, then we wish you every

success in
your defense.

I also think you will end up beaten, if the cop that is in front of you is aggressive in the first place.
I would say your best bet would be to do as you're told and keep quiet. The best time to speak is in front of a judge. Be polite and respectful to all parties. That way they have no reason to beat you. If they do, you can get them in court.

Re: How To Deal With Police Officers!!!!!
WOW OP, did you take your meds today.

Seriously, the best way for non-criminals to deal with PEACE OFFICERS is to treat them with the respect they deserve for putting their life on the line day in, day out.

In the first 7 seconds of meeting a PEACE OFFICER face to face, he/she will have made a threat assessment. Assessing you and the situation for threats against both his/her personal safety and state issued authority.

If you respect the law, respect the fact that his/her job is to deal with the scum of the earth on a daily basis to enforce that law... These qualities will be broadcast in your body language, demeanor, and tone of voice.

In the first 7 seconds, the officer is either going to relax or get an adrenalin rush. The latter means that you, the situation, or both are being perceived as a threat.

BTW. All PEACE OFFICERS ARE "OFFICERS OF THE COURT".

Why they may not be attornies, their bosses are government attornies. So, 99 time out of 100 its better to keep your legal theories (right or wrong) to yourself around PEACE OFFICERS.

Issues of law should be addressed in a Court of Law.

Hope this helps.
