How To Deal With Police Officer's
This is something i typed up to help people deal with over aggressive police officers that are trying to invade your rights. many people are intimidated by cops and they know this. police officers also know that most citizens do not know their rights and so they use that against them. there is a reason they do not teach you anything about your rights or the constitution in school nowadays. Keep in mind this DOES NOT apply to people that have committed an illegal act and should not be interpreted that way.

Credit goes to the "Anti-Terrorist" on youtube for alot of insightful information on this subject, I highly suggest you take a look at his video's for more detailed info as this is just a summary of what he has said as well as my own research on the internet.

Always stay in the MASTER position. Ask Questions get answers! Police officers are servant's of the public that are employed by the public to protect the public from unlawful acts.

If you are not prepared to sit in a cell for a max of 48 hours, then you are not willing to defend your rights. Officers and officials will try anything they can to coerce you into answering questions that can be used against you. they will make it look like they are your friend and they are going to help you with you situation.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! DO NOT SAY ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS IN THIS POST! DO NOT DENY ANYTHING! DO NOT SAY ANYTHING!

Police officers are nothing more than money agents, it's their job to meet the states quota for fees, tickets, etc. To help with state revenue, our tax dollars just aren't enough anymore.

Alot of people don't know that police officers can only police by consent if you are innocent they CAN NOT force you to do anything LEGALLY (they can still detain you ILLEGALLY). if you have broken the law then they do not need consent.
You are not required to give any police officer, government official any information at anytime unless they have witnessed you doing an unlawful act.

If police officer or government official want's to ask you some questions record the conversation, make sure the officer can see the recording device. "hello officer what is the nature of the intended detainment?" If the officer says you do not have permission to record the conversation, then you say "In that case am i free to go?" (Side note: If you are in a public area in which other people could easily over hear your conversation then you do not need both parties consent to audio record or video record. This varies from state to state but usually that rule applies.) If he does not answer and/or tries to ask more questions keep repeating the previous statement or you ask "Did you witness me break the law officer?" if he answers yes then repeat first question. If he answers no, then you say "I am now reserving my right not to speak to a police officer who has not witnessed me break the law. Thank you and have a good day" (Walk Away)

If A Police officer or Government official asks to see identification you can ask if you are obliged to carry an I.D. the same applies if he asks for your name or any other personal information if an officer or official says that you are obliged he is acting fraudulently and broke the law. From this point just repeat "Am I free to go?" If they start to detain you then you ask "Am I under arrest?"

If it looks like you will be arrested then you say "officer I am a peaceful man, if you are going to arrest me there will be no need for force or violence. However you are required to note that i am operating under protest and duress at all times. I reserve all of my rights at all times and waive none of my rights at any time for any cause or reason."

Once you make it to the station the golden rule applies here. Sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up! Do NOT give them permission to take your fingerprints, you do NOT give them consent to ask you any more questions, do NOT give them consent to put their hands on you in any way. "You do not have consent to touch me officer." Police officers can only LEGALLY police by consent if you are innocent and if it's under statutory regulations. A statute is a legislative rule of society given the force of law by consent of the governed, not the majority of the governed just the governed, that mean you! If you can follow this then you will most likely be out of your cell in 48 hours. the only way you can be convicted is if YOU give them info.
