"National power grid shutdown to speed up clocks by 20 minutes"!!! Remember Sicily clocks 20 minutes fast thread days ago?

In January of February of 2010, the time of the 2012 Winter Solstice was changed from 11:11 am to 11:12 am

This could be a covert way of changing it back with some kind of added 19 mnute shift between now and then.

11:11 is occultic while 11:12 is not.

THIS^^ (Solar Storms), but for two other reasons:

1. They are trying to be proactive and shut down the grid in the direct line of fire (pun intended) so that there will be no or less damage to the grid at that time.

OR

2. They can't do a darn thing about it, and when the solar storm comes they know it is going to fry the grid, and they are just preparing the population and have an excuse for the failure already at the waiting (so there is less "panic" as people will then question if more are coming!)

Interesting to me that the "time" on this discussion is 20 minutes, anyone draw any correlations between that number and the "9th wave" Mayan process where events are to be perceived as running 20 times faster each cycle?

This is about govt idiots wanting to force solar/wind power without taking the time, effort and money to regulate the output.

This is about getting people used to a lower standard of living in which you don't know whether your refrigerator will work or not.

I remimber that, G bush the 2nd did it. He said he did it to save energy, but since he's all up in energy companies pockets I think he did it to make us use MORE energy.

Doesn't work that way... Most computers are set to "slave" and receive their timing from a central computer set as "master".

When the master system is wrong, all the slaves will be also wrong, but still synced.

Tim is out of sync. Did anyone else notice that the Summer Solstice did NOT make any difference this time in the length of day? June 21 should of been the longest day of the year ... it was not. There were 4 longest days and they came AFTER the solstice! Have no idea what is going on other than time it is a changing!

also been in tech for a while as well,so you should also know that your computers clock is ran by a DC battery,hence not depending on the alternating current of AC

1. The grid is already setup with an accurate frequency control system, which constantly adjust according to consumer demand. The frequency of the grid will always vary as load and generation change to meet the needs of it's customers.

Per Wiki: In North America, whenever the error exceeds 10 seconds for the east, 3 seconds for Texas, or 2 seconds for the west, a correction of ±0.02 Hz (0.033%) is applied. Time error corrections start and end either on the hour or on the half hour.

2. Using the public to run a year-long test, which officials state has unpredictable results, when a test can be easily run in a lab. This should be a bright red flag to everyone.

Conclusion: This report is likely designed to mask two (2) separate effects, which the Earth will likely experience in it's near future due to the approach of Nibiru: 1 - The slowing rotation of the Earth and 2 - damaging EMP's affecting electronics may occur from fields generated by the shifting core of the Earth as the Earth wobble increases.

When I went to public school we dissected the 'modern' clock which back then was a plug in model and it was explained to us how the electric clock worked off the Hrtz of the AC current in house electricity.

I guess no one knows that anymore.
