When did the NWO conspirators start planning? And why let the Population grow to then depopulate??!?!?

It always starts with hope and ends up a fuckfest.

They needed workers to make the underground bunkers and grow the supplies they will need to last them a hundred years or so underground, or so the Denver Airport monument hints with its strange time capsule.

After the tunnels are made and stocked up with treasures and art and food, and technology, they have to kill off the population for two good reasons, good in their eyes, that is:

1. They don't want to compete with us for power and resources when they emerge.

2. They don't want many to survive because if many do survive, then they will teach their children what the elite did to us, and when the elite begin sneaking out of their dens to take power back, behind the scenes, and people recognize the power plays, they will take down the elite with great wrath, or may even advance fast enough after the deluge to take revenge by damaging the elite's bunkers while they are still holed up in them.

You have to admit, it is a cunning, if heartless, and childish plan.

It doesn't make any sense because it's all nonsense.
No group can run the world and there is no "NWO"!
