Jesus said buy a sword, so why don't you buy a sword? He didn't say buy a gun. He said, BUY A SWORD.

But swords had been invented, and Jesus said "buy a sword". Why change what He said? Maybe He knows more about what will happen?

If they take away our guns, they have tied our hands.

Why all the flipping out about "taking away guns"? You know how in Australia they banned all guns and took all the guns away? THEY DIDN'T!! GUNS ARE STILL LEGAL. MILLIONS OF PEOPLE STILL OWN MILLIONS OF GUNS.

Yeah,,GUNS aint much USE against zombies..unless you can pull off headshot after headshot on a horde of charging zombies.

They can, but they'd be much slower. Also, if they confiscate guns (some people are afraid of this), they won't confiscate swords. They sure can't confiscate swords such as machetes, people need those for gardening!

You shouldn't be calling him dumbass. Jesus was talking about a real sword. You don't buy the Word of God. How are you going to sell your shirt and buy the Word of God? You can't! It's free! He said buy a REAL SWORD.
