Message Subject When the US dollar crashes, what will happen to the Canadian dollar????

Right now the Canadian dollar is stronger the USD, and even locally the corner stores are not taking USD anymore. I think it could likely become the new reserve currency. The EURO and Pound and obviously Yen are all totally fucked. I'm just wondering if Canada will stand up to the USD collapse.

Isn't there still a goddamn NAU planned? sheep

Canada, although an exporter of resources, also has 60+% of it's trade internally. Inter-Provincial trade. As long as we can close our borders if (when) the US goes down...we'll be much better off. Bob Chapman (who gave me the data on our internal trade numbers) has stated over and over again...on a scale of 1-10, the US is going to 1, Canada will be a 7.
