Name of a trippy cartoon from the 70s???

There was an obscure cartoon from the 70s. I think it was on Sunday mornings but I am not sure. It was called something like Zot. It was a trippy cartoon about a kid he had a round white head and 2 little white legs. I think it would only show arms if he was using them. It was almost a Christian cartoon but I can't be sure. I dont remember any bible quotes or anything like that. I was really young so i cant be sure. Each show did have a good lesson learned kind of thing.

I remember one show he wanted this awesome toy that someone else had. It was a triangle shaped thing that lit up and rotated while made some noise. Anyways I think he stole it and it wasn't so fun anymore and ended up giving it back.

What was the name of this trippy cartoon? It's been bugging me.
