BUT . . . when ANYONE states that someone else is wrong, the burden of proof is upon them.

There appears to be a huge group of people who believe what he says, he seems to be detail oriented in his thought and presentation of information, and I notice he speaks in a calm and rational manner as opposed to some theorists out there who rant, rave, and curse like maniacs.

On the flip side: There is some information that claims he is a fraud and tied to criminal elements, he's indicated a degree of religious zeal in what he says (but also states he does not care if people are christians or not), AND I also heard a video where he was asking for money just a few days ago - so none of those things give a person credibility.

I just think people should be open-minded to consider that anything is possible, sort through the information and then, you have to make your own judgments.

Camping, and others like him, DO in fact diminish the christian factor in these kinds of situations and discussions. Anytime someone bases a theory or prediction soley on biblical scripture or analysis, it's automatically discounted because the bible, (its events/characters), has not been proven as fact and therefore, remains a work of fiction, speculation, and convenient interpretation.

I mean, hey it's one thing to make the prediction - shows you're thinking - but to have legions of people follow you into caves or something, that's taking on a lot of responsibility. Of course, I don't guess he's forcing them to go, it's their own free will.
