I saw something similar to this in Northern California around 1990. It was high in the sky, then zoomed around and hovered within a couple hundred feet (we could see details on the bottom of it) directly overhead where we were camped ...for several minutes. Scared the beejasus out of us!

I wish I could see it again, now that I am older.

Yeah and when I used to live in Virginia there was something that other people saw and it made the news, it was a V shaped thing, really it looked like black spots in a V but inverted and then shape-shifted to flat then an inverted V. It was following the same flight pattern that the military aircraft follow so I wrote it off as some kind of experimental shape-shifting cloaked craft but last night, well that was something I could not rationalize. Now seeing this video, with Russia being toward the east which is where the light came from, well I am thinking this video is real and something is definitely going on. Damn now I think there's something to this UFO thing....

i just saw one (actually 3) of those yesterday!
they moved in the sky like you say, then two of them dissapeared, and the other one just stoped and stood there. looking like a star. the whole night it didnt move again. camuflaged as a star! lol
