Im so confused right now.

You might want to do a Google search before posting this "new example" of "brain scrambling".

The video has been around for a year, and it is an "interview" with a mute Brazilian transvestite. And since the person cannot really speak - ie, mute - of course it's going to come out poorly. Rather cruel really. Like taking a blind person to a museum and asking them to comment on the works of art.
