According to the Hebrew texts, it was BRA (Him/it) who created the Elohim!!
(b-rashith = In beginning) (bra = he created) (aleim = Elohim) <--plural, more than one (ath e-shmim = and the heavens) (u-ath e-artz = and the Earth) (Gen 1:1)
