Most of my experience on CL is with car ads. Substantial abuse here. My reasons to flag car ads:

1) "Dealer" ads in "By Owner" section

2) "Auto Parts", "Motorcycles", "Boats" ads miscategorized in "Cars & Trucks"

3) "Wanted" ads miscategorized in "Cars & Trucks"

4) Non-standard "year, make, model" format. Yes, we see your ads for your hoopty, or other over-priced POS. If someone wants it, they'll call. We read ALL the ads, because the CL "search engine" sucks out loud.

5) Multiple same-day listings for same vehicle. Violates CL policy. See #4) above.

6) Limiting exposure on good deals. Cuts down on competition. If your ad gets flagged for no apparent reason, consider reposting at a higher price.

7) NO PHONE NO.! Real people put numbers in their ads. Spammers do not. If you want to sell your car, put in your phone no. Serious buyers always call. They don't email or text.

8) No pics. If you have no phone & no friends, I'm not sure I want to bring out cash for your car. Get off your lazy ass, find a 2mp camera, and take pics in DAYLIGHT!

Now, let's hear about your favorite flag targets...
