actually he cant be sued by the govt, so he probably isnt.
THEY could sue over confidentially agreements, but they would
be admitting that ets exist(you cant sue over something that doesnt exist), and if they don't exist you get a bad rap for
harming freedom of speech.
IF nasa SUES ANYBODY OVER et they will be so much as saying that they EXIST.
