Power out in San Diego: SDG & E " Did you experience anything, visual, or audible?" I couldn't get an answer why this was happening, they told me to call back, the causes "under investigation"

The outages are the second highest on their chart, meaning?
This area, the types of consumers that are out of power, are NOT just single households these are tourist locations.. hense theres tens of of people affected
