Obe I have a question for you...why do you think it's important to meditate...I mean...personally for YOU...why do you think it's necessary?
Quoting: ArunaLunaFor me personally, I find that I get negatively impacted by outside influences on a regular basis.........so by spending a few moments in the Light(which is what I focus on, while in meditation), I get refreshed! Sorta like taking a shower in the Light......washes all the lower energies(that might be trying to attach to me) away! :)
