Why do I keep seeing orbs and flashes of light in my peripheral vision ?

Had an eye test under two months ago, my vision is fine.

Was just looking up Kundalini and the meanings and reckon I have had or started to have this.

BTW started seeing both orbs and light-flashes when I began seeing the 11 11. Interesting.

Orbs and light-flashes though are not consistent; they will flash frequently for some period of time, then be gone for some period of time, and generally always whenever I'm getting into deep exopolitical studies.

Thanks for sharing maybe all I needed to know is there are others and I am not seeing this on my own.

Is interesting how you have made that connection and you are right is not consistent.

The sun has come up here and they have stopped, they generally do when the sun comes up and they have kept me up all night.

But saying that maybe they are keeping me up so i can learn something online or discover something while pondering on what they are and what it means to be seeing them etc...

That is interesting, but I was more pointing towards something else this has been going on for over a year now I have had my eyes checked and am not suffering from migraines.

Even as writing this as if to confirm they are intensifying and the hair on my arms is standing on end.

I see balls of light as well. I have seen them for about the last 6 months. I have told my doctor about them and have had my vision checked - all good.

I have been meditating for about a year, but more often in the last 3 or so months.

Just a couple of hours ago I had a sensation to shut down everything and go outside. When I went outside I looked up at the clouds and saw something I never saw before.

In addition to seeing the long stringy floaters I saw what I would describe as maggots of light, wriggling and forming diamond shapes, 4 per diamond.

I kept looking because I had never seen so much dancing light, in patterns, in my normal vision.

I also have been seeing the 11:11 (and variations) for about the last 2 months.

the goosebumps are a sensual reaction, not from the beings. meditating won't give you any anwers but if done properly will help you learn to control your mindflow. you must truly know yourself, don't need to go into a special room or position. you should do it everywhere because life is full of distractions.

I see them too. when it started about 6-7 years ago I thought it was really cool but was very frustrated that I couldn't communicate with them. over time many have come and gone, different colors and sizes. the only way to consciously communicate with them is telepathically. you need to control your mindflow, knowing exactly which thoughts arise out of your own physical consciousness, your higher levels of consciousness, and other beings. only then can you differentiate and identify what's going on/being communicated. usually the beings at the beginning are doing energy work on/with you so you don't really need to communicate with them. later they will provide wisdom and knowledge so the sooner you learn to communicate with them the better.

they would want to talk because it is part of your divine plan, making it one of the main reasons that they come to you. it's your chioce to either ignore what is happening or embrace it. some peoples choices are easy to predict ;)

by sensual reaction I mean that in your case the goosebumps are a conditioned response to the unknown. over time it will change, perhaps to excitement and/or joy.

our ego is conditioned to connect to certain external emotional energies in accordance with external stimuli and desires. this can all be undone and tailored to your own preferences. an example would be if someone were to insult you and you were conditioned to connect to anger or rage. your mind would then react to the emotional energies of anger or rage and seek retaliation. if you reconditioned your ego you could receive insults and connect to unconditional love and only feel sorry for the person who is insulting you and not seek retaliation. rather want to help him/her. alternatively you can master your ego and mindflow so that if you still connect to anger or rage your consciousness is separated from emotional energies. so when you feel rage you would know that it is only an external energy and you would have no angry thoughts. the feeling would just pass by without you having reacted to it.

how do you know you are not having migraine symptoms?... you can have all of the hallucinations (called "auras" in migraine terminology)... you can see and smell things that are not there, and these are part of migraine symptoms... some people have these there whole lives and NEVER get the headache symptoms.

I am a believer in the occult and as big a woo-woo as most of the people on this website... but MOST shit like this turns out to have a strictly neurological reason behind it... it's not necessarily demons, bad energies, kundalini, or somebody putting a spell on you.

most of the time it's just neuro stuff that a doctor can usually (but not always) clear up for you.

i'm watching this orbs video with fear. since i was a small child, a few times a year, i would have dreams of sitting on a platform, in complete darkness, and these orbs would come at me, slow at first then fast. when they passed through me i couldn't breath. i stopped having the dream in my 20's and the few people that i asked about it nobody seemed to know what it meant or what it is...anyone else here ever have those dreams?

I'm pretty sure the fellow who said this was full of shit, but one can never be too sure of anything -- which is why I gave up trying.

I been seeing them loads even right now, but it is just out of the corner of my eye and I get goosebumps all over.

It used to scare me, now I am more annoyed if anything. If it is something trying to contact me why does it not just come straight out and do it?

I started meditating about a year ago had strange out of body experiences involving other beings/entities/whatever they are and being weighed and shit then kneeling in front of an old man and saying to him " I have done as you asked now may I return" to which he simply replied "Not yet", then I was sent back to my body, I made a thread last year about that here is the link. I have not been able to meditate in as deep a trance as I used to before these experiences but do see these orbs nearly everyday and I get goose bumps all over me when ever it is happening.

I feel like I am going a bit mad why is it that they are here now and last night and the night before why am I the one who is seeing this shit?

It is almost like my front room is like a swimming pool with all these things zipping about but when I try to focus on them they move i have to just stare and let it get a little out of focus like when you stop yourself from blinking.

Anyone out there know how I can either contact these things to ask what they want (have tried meditating again) or if not how to stop them bugging me when I am trying to go to sleep?

Outside I see what I refer to as sparkly gnats, for lack of a better term.
There are millions of them! They fly around and seem to come toward me.
I can't help but say hello to them.

My oldest son sees them too.

Occasionally, I can see them inside the house.

As for the orbs here--my youngest son's friend was just randomly videoing my son's room with his cell phone. When he played it back we could see orbs all over the place! Again like tiny comets flying around.

No but I used to dream of big white kind of fluffy balls and they would chase me and I used to wake up with a lot of fear, that lasted till I was a teenager.

Ah.. I see you're one step ahead. You're looking for confirmation. Yes, this is a Kundalini "side effect". I have them too everyday. My vision and health are all fine.

I have been training myself to react differently to things kind of getting rid of the garbage since this all started about 3 years ago now but was not doing it for this reason, well not consciously.

I have been seeing these orbs ever since 2005 when my mother died in my arms.
Here is what I captured on film inside my house.

There is nothing wrong with your eyes, there is just a thinning of the veil between dimensions now.

They give me a very loving spiritual feeling when they appear.

Whenever I am feeling hopeless about the horrible things happening on our planet, I watch them to remind me that there is another dimension right next to us.

I feel they are watching over us.
