Scintillation is a flash of light produced in a transparent material by an ionization event.

The process of scintillation is one of luminescence whereby light of a characteristic spectrum is emitted following the absorption of radiation.

Scintillating scotoma is the most common visual aura.

It may occur as an isolated symptom without headache.

The radionuclide undergoes radioactive decay, and emits gamma ray(s) and/or subatomic particles. These particles constitute ionizing radiation.

basically, when a decay event happens, the constituent particles are freed, which travel in random directions until they hit your eye, where they travel down the optical nerve, are are perceived as 'light' by the image processing center of the brain.

and before you throw up the bsflags, read about ionizing radiation.

OK I checked the links and dont think I have any of those things but I am not a doctor. I am not suffering from any of the symptoms described I am seeing the orbs in the side of my vision and they were saying you will lose the center of your vision with the orbs or flashes on the side.

I dont think it is migraines.

OR radiation.

But thanks anyway.
