Why do I keep seeing orbs and flashes of light in my peripheral vision ?

Right I hope this works, here is a picture I took of one of a couple of the orbs. I saw these with my own eyes they are not flares artifacts or reflections. [ link to imageshack.us] I followed it in to my kids room where it was kind enough to pose for a pic lol. Is not as clear as it is on my laptop, I can zoom in a lot closer and you can see a face in the big center orb. These I saw with my own eyes and then photographed, so anyone else saying I need to go to a doctor is very wrong.
