This is not true at all. Actually most rape cases dont get reported. The number should be higher than it is. When women do get raped do you know most are too afraid to scream or fight back so some will play along with it. And the reason they finally cry rape in the morning is because the man is asleep and they know thats their chance to escape and run off. I dont think you understand what rape really is.
