I don't mind letting someone else do the heavy-lifting for a while. They can from groups and show us how it is done. They can be supermoms, office slaves, welders, pipe fitters, do road planning and construction, develop new technologies, be dog catchers, and whatever else that doesn't fall into the category of "jobs that Americans won't do".

Let them have plenty of labor from other countries to come do what they cannot or will not do. We can assume the role of the "baby Daddy" and just enjoy our lives while they slave to keep up. We can now be parasites, and jsut feed off them for the next 1000 years.

Yup, I know a lot of these monsters - especially here in the U.S. It's like they are so drunk on their "liberation" and "female power" that they think it equates to controlling their husbands, treating their husbands like dogs, belittling them in their circle of yappy women, etc. And the men put up with it.

We were at a cookout this weekend; a couple we know was hosting. The hosting wife was sitting down, and her husband was cleaning the grill getting it ready. Toddler had a poopy diaper. The wife smells it and snaps her fingers, ordering her husband to drop what HE is doing and change it, even though SHE was sitting.

I've seen this scene 1000 times in the last 10-15 years. It depresses me more because a marriage is supposed to be teamwork, and if you find something that needs to be addressed, just take care of it. Don't order each other around. Uggggh.

I don't think most people are aware of being manipulated. I get where you're coming from...I think. In that, there is/was a media blitz, to change perceptions, and it worked.

The goal was to destroy the family, redefining individual roles. They couldn't have targeted a more vulnerable demographic. While there were clearly abuses, by Men, the Woman has been turned into the perpetual victim, no matter how large or small the tragedy.

When not immersed in their own drama, they seek someone else drama, and get so deeply empathized with the other persons issues, that when viewed through the lens of "I am Woman", they are bound to use the situation as a way to paint using a broad brush.
