I believe it's the prosecutions fault for going for charges that were all going to be the death sentence. If they would have gone for involuntary manslaughter or some charge that didn't have the death penalty. People in our society don't like the death penalty. Our courts do get out of hand trying to charge people with the maximum sentence. Like some with a joint getting ten years.

Those of you who are blaming 12 jurors if being ignorant or stupid, I would implore you to look up fascism and decode if that is really the sort of system you desire. 12 people all decided together, some who are vehemently for the death penalty, some who are against it, some are parents, at least half are degreed, a few are 40 and older, and all of them sacrificed their time and money.

I am not saying she's completely innocent... But our media has only shown you pieces that all seem to evoke some major emotions with regard to her guilt/innocence.

You'd have to be biased and blind to not see that there is much more to this story and major pieces are missing on all fronts. Some things don't add up... There's too much missing to know what happened.

At the end of the day, the evidence has to be the basis on which one must determine another's guilt.

There are too many what ifs, maybes, and alternatives to definitively convict this woman of murder.
