Everything that evil does - is a good thing to create God's perfect kingdom. I wouldn't be so quick to wish evil tactics away, such as this. God knows exactly what He is doing. This is a test of "Faith". All of Satan's followers are just temporary "tools".

It is ALL GOOD !!!!! People should not care less if God's enemy is monitoring them. Who cares !!!!! God is using "weakness" to test and lift up His chosen.
