Stalin never killed that many people (only a few hundred thousand over 25 years, in comparison to WWII death toll of 55 million in much less time).
Hutus never killed 1.2 Tutsis, most likely no more than 300 000 or 400 000.
Stalin actually saved millions of lives during WWII.
