I will say this. At the time the chemtrail spraying was making me and my family sick. Nose bleeds, continual coughing, headaches, unable to breathe... that was the only reason I needed.

E-6. And yes, that is a military paygrade. In the Navy, E-6 is Petty Officer First Class. It's the same rank as Staff Sergeant in the Army or Marines, or a Technical Sergeant in the Air Force.

Well alright I won't call you a liar but i remember it having two letters like OI6 or EI6 (or something like that) and when I looked it up it was federal pay grade.. for intelligence work... But I will be the first to admit that my memory is not all that.
