These are your security cleared people...not including the average infraguard joe on the street.

LOL It's not that these people are stalkers..it's just that we have all of these terror prevention programs and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing....on top of that the technology that exists...it's not just the gangstalking...it's the monitoring of people, knowing where they go, trends, money spent, having a database of everything they do and have done, etc etc. Most Targeted individuals are tracked via GPS devices placed on their cars or via their cellphone by these secret ops cleared programs..... and then your flunky stasi police and ems personnel are instructed to follow them and the minion joe on the street takes it from there... I think your right.I know the local police and somehow they knew when I was on my way home.After issue that went down
