A red ford focus pulled up in front of my apartment about a half hour ago. It had a large "skull" window decoration on the windshield. They parked on the opposite side of the road. Two people jumped out of the driver side and left the driver door and back door wide open with the radio blaring at full volume. About a minute later, they jumped back in looking like they were trying to "sneak" back into their cars And speed off arond the block.

I noticed too that sometimes a guy would walk past and seem to yell loudly every time. when it happened last time I jumped up and looked outside and the guy was talking on his cellphone and he looked directly into my apartment window I was in and continued talking on his phone while looking at me for several seconds. His other arm was stiff and he was swaying it back and forth, it looked incredibly odd and not "normal". I am starting to feel scared.

I was shopping late an night a few weeks ago and it seemed this guy was following me around the store. there were maybe only 10 shoppers in the store total. Well what are the fucking chances that someone is going to be buying the thing that's 10 feet away from you at the same time. He had this weird "mischievous grin" on his face. I went down a couple more isles and he came around the opposite way and as we passed each other, he past me very closely, like it was intentional. Especially since it was a fairly large isle. Then when I got to the checkout line, there were SIX self scan checkout consoles and he came up to me at the same time and stood behind me maybe 2 feet away even though there were FIVE other free checkout lines. He still had this weired grin that I cannot explain.

It was one of the weirdest feelings I have ever had.

I have seen people walking past my apartment right as I come home and they stop and watch me as I pull into the driveway with an odd smile like they are being overly nice to me, but I DON'T EVEN KNOW THEM. I tell you it is incredibly weird.
