There is almost 900 eruptions in this year. It is new record so this supervolcano activity is really high and it is extermly dangerous.

JMA had given warning to the kagoshima that sakurajima activity will continue really high. There is not YET sings massive eruption.

Iguchi Masato, associate professor at Kyoto University's Sakurajima Volcano Research Center, said the volcano could become extremely active in January or February, as eruptions since 2009 have tended to increase before New Year, and a new monthly record of 141 explosions was marked in September.

alarmingly, they also say the volcanoe could become extremely active in the new year, Jan or feb.

On fire, smoke and ash billowing away. beautiful sight.

extremely white hot fire burning at the mouth.

Starting to look dangerous almost. even though its been rumbling away for months.

There have been many explosive eruption same time. Kagoshima news reported that. Looks pretty bad again.
